This is Spiritual equilibrium, even equanimity

THE FOUR TYPES OF SABBATH
In the Bible, two types of Sabbath are mentioned and explained. Indeed, there are four types of Sabbath. They are:
1. The Seventh Day Sabbath (The Weekly Sabbath)
2. The High Day Sabbath
3. The Ordinary Day Sabbath
4. The Everlasting Sabbath

Among the four types, the best is the Everlasting Sabbath. It includes the other three types of Sabbath. According to the scriptures, Jesus had disputes with the Israelites on keeping the Sabbath Day holy. While Jesus was keeping the Everlasting Sabbath, the Israelites were concerned with the Seventh Day Sabbath and the High Day Sabbath. Below are the explanations of the different types of Sabbath.

THE SEVENTH DAY SABBATH
"Remember the Sabbath day, to keep it holy. 9 Six days you shall labor and do all your work, 10 but the seventh day is the Sabbath of the LORD your God. In it you shall do no work: you, nor your son, nor your daughter, nor your male servant, nor your female servant, nor your cattle, nor your stranger who is within your gates. 11 For in six days the LORD made the heavens and the earth, the sea, and all that is in them, and rested the seventh day. Therefore the LORD blessed the Sabbath day and hallowed it. Exodus 28:8-11

THE HIGH DAY SABBATH
The extra Sabbath days in the annual Feasts of Yahweh.

THE ORDINARY DAY SABBATH
How come that the God who ordained the Seventh Day Sabbath is also accepting worship on ordinary day? A survey of our society shows that several Churches worship on ordinary days and God is accepting their prayers and worship. God also answers their prayers.
First, you have to understand the origin of days. Before God created years, months, weeks, days, hours, minutes and seconds, the time in existence was only Eternity. That Eternity was the Eternal Now. It had no divisions of time into seconds, minutes, hours, days, weeks, months and years.
After God created the sun and the earth, He made the earth to move round the sun (revolution), and the earth to rotate about its own axis. It is the rotation that gives the impression of time.
It takes one day for the earth to complete one rotation. Therefore, one rotation gives people the impression of one day, and several rotations gives the impressions of days, weeks, months and years. In other words, time is an illusion.
Time is not a reality as we know it. It does not exist. The conclusion is that before, during and after the creation of time, by rotation and revolution, all there was, is and will be is Eternal Now. It follows therefore that what we call Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday, refer to the same time or day, The Eternal Now.
It is as if one person has seven different names, and different groups of people call him which ever name they choose. For example, one day, somebody came to an office and asked about Adaeze, and the office told him that there is no person with such a name. Another day, Adaeze’s classmate came and asked for Rose. The classmate was told that there is no person in the office with such a name. On a third day, the sister came with the first and second visitors, and asked for Ngozi. When Ngozi was called out, it turned out that Ngozi’s name were Adaeze and Rose.
Likewise, the person who worships on Saturday worships on the same and only day as those who worship on Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. The difference is only in the order of counting. Remember that obedience is better than sacrifice.

THE EVERLASTING SABBATH
The Everlasting Sabbath is life everlasting. It is neither defined by space nor time. This everlasting Sabbath means:
  1. To know the Truth and live in the Truth, by the Truth, for the Truth, as the Truth and with the Truth.
  2. To know God as Spirit. God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in Truth. John 4:20-24 Spirit is neither limited nor defined by time and space.
  3. To attain everlasting spiritual equilibrium, called equanimity. This is a state of peace, poise and joy. Bliss!
If perfect rest were to be ensured as demanded by the Seventh Day Sabbath, all living things would cease to exist. This is because eating, breathing, digestion, blood circulation etc would cease. Also, if the sun, stars, moon were to stop working for a day only, all mankind would die.

"And he said unto them, What man shall there be among you, that shall have one sheep, and if it fall into a pit on the Sabbath day, will he not lay hold on it, and lift it out? How much then is a man better than a sheep? Wherefore it is lawful to do well on the Sabbath days." Matthew 12:11,12

"And he said unto them, The Sabbath was made for man, and not man for the Sabbath: Therefore the Son of man is Lord also of the Sabbath." Mark 2:27,28

"And the ruler of the synagogue answered with indignation, because that Jesus had healed on the Sabbath day, and said unto the people, There are six days in which men ought to work: in them therefore come and be healed, and not on the Sabbath day. The Lord then answered him, and said, Thou hypocrite, doth not each one of you on the Sabbath loose his ox or his ass from the stall, and lead him away to watering?" Luke 13:14,15

"If a man on the Sabbath day receive circumcision, that the law of Moses should not be broken; are ye angry at me, because I have made a man every whit whole on the Sabbath day?" John 7:23

“……. The son can do nothing by himself; he can only do what he sees the Father doing, because whatever the Father does the son also does.” John. 15:19

CONCLUSION
Now that you have known the Truth, be steadfast in living the Truth, by the Truth, for the Truth, as the Truth, and with the Truth; by being calmly active and actively calm, always.

It is the spiritually ignorant people
that are easily pleased
with those false doctrines,
which sound like folktales.
